We treat a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, panic disorder, ADHD, PTSD, substance use disorders, and mood disorders such as bipolar disorder. We also provide support for adolescents and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
2. Do you offer therapy or only medication?
Our primary focus is psychiatric care, which includes diagnosis and medication management. While we do not offer long-term psychotherapy in-house, we often incorporate supportive therapy into visits and can provide referrals to licensed therapists as needed.
3. Are appointments available online (telehealth)?
Yes. We offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth visits for residents of New York and New Jersey. These are available via phone, tablet, or computer, from the comfort of your home.
4. Do you accept insurance?
At this time, we operate as an out-of-network provider. We can provide a superbill (receipt with diagnosis and billing codes) for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please contact us if you have questions about coverage or payment options.

6. Will my information be kept confidential?
Yes. We follow all HIPAA privacy regulations and state laws to ensure your information remains secure and confidential. No information is shared without your written consent, except when required by law.
7. Do you provide psychiatric care for children?
Yes, we provide psychiatric services for children. If a child requires specialized pediatric psychiatric care beyond our scope, we will recommend a trusted referral to a pediatric psychiatrist.
8. Can I get a letter or form for work, school, or travel?
We may provide documentation related to mental health as clinically appropriate, such as clearance letters or brief status updates. These are issued only after an evaluation and are at the provider’s discretion.
9. What languages do you speak?
We offer services in English, Bulgarian, Russian, Uzbek, and Tajik.
10. What if I have an emergency?
We do not provide emergency psychiatric services. If you are in crisis or experiencing a life-threatening situation, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. You can also contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline for immediate support.
